SIGN UP: with No Commitment. Click “Start Service” and complete the information. Add Notes for any laundry preferences, confirm a time and we will be on our way to see you! We will pick up from your front door or other location you add in notes.


PICK UP: Our professional drivers will come to your door and bring you your welcome kit that includes a laundry bag for you to use ( if less than 24hrs notice than feel free to leave your laundry in any bag, we will return it with a welcome kit). We’ll pick-up your clothes and be on our way. No need to be home.


CLEANING: Our eco-friendly facilities will wash, dry and fold your garments according to the specifications you noted online. Don’t worry we also check the care tag of each garment to make sure your clothes come back cleaner and fresher than ever before.


DELIVERY: Clean, fresh, and folded clothes will be on their way back to your door in 24 hours. All you need to do is put them away.

This is our story

As most of us are busy working two jobs, driving kids to their soccer games, and filling out college applications for our kids, laundry seems to keep piling up. Since there’s no polite way to push it out-of-the-way, it’s a constant reminder that you haven’t done it. So I went looking for a good service and when I didn’t find one, I created one!

I work a 9-5 job and do a lot of freelance work so I really like the convenience and speed of their service. Also I don’t choose to customize my fluff and fold(because I trust the proffesional to choose the best way to do it) but I like that if I like a certain detergent or laundry related product that I can customize my fluff and fold service. Also I really dig their free pickup and delivery.

This service is great for everyday clothes, towels, sheets really anything. My sheets come back so nice & neatly folded & bagged its Just so much easier to store everything when it’s folded & bagged so nice and organized. My blankets also come back nicely bagged and I can store them for winter so the change the seasons of bedding is washed nicely bagged and ready for storage.

We do not.

How Much Does Your Service Cost?

Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular weekly customers are charged $1.95 per pound and “by request” customers are charged $2.50 per pound. Large bedding items are priced by the piece.

How Will I Be Billed?

We bill your credit or debit card directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.

If I miss my pick up day is there a missed pick up fee?

We’ve put in place email and text reminder tools to help make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out we do reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover costs.

Is there a delivery charge?

There are no pickup or delivery fees.

Is there a minimum charge?

There is a minimum charge of $40 per pickup.

Is there any contract or long term commitment?

None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

Is there anyway GoodLife Laundry could remind me to leave my laundry out for pick-up?

Sure. Our by-request and weekly customers will get a text and email when we are on our way. We also send all of our weekly customers email and text reminders 24 hours before scheduled pickups.

What happens if you lose or damage some garments?

While we are known for our high quality care, mistakes can happen. If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review the terms and conditions for more details.

What is the turn-around time?

You can expect your laundry to be returned the next day after we pick it up.

When is the latest I could schedule a pick-up?

We prefer you schedule your pickup anytime before 4:00 am the day of your pickup. This allows enough time for the drivers to plan their routes for the day.

Where is laundry left for pickup/drop-off ?

We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather.

Which Credit Cards Do You Accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.

Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customers clothes?

No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separate machines.
